SUB: REMINDER FOR THE COMPLAINT OF NON-WORKING OF SOLAR WATER HEATER

As per our telephonic conversation and repeated reminders I hereby request you again to kindly solve my problem of non working of the solar water heater. The above mentioned solar water of 400LPD with 100LTR AUX was bought by me with invoice no. 192 dtd 26/06/2010 against amount of Rs. 140600 from you.
Since the day we have start using it i.e after shifting to my new place I have repeatedly complained you about the non working of the solar water heater. But unfortunately my complaints were never taken seriously and you always try to persuade me by giving some or other non genuine reasons. You also committed me to get me the subsidy before selling me the solar water heater which I never got till date. Me and my family are not satisfied at all with the solar water heater installed by you and it never worked also. Even in summers with high temperature the solar water heater doesn’t work.
I request you to kindly rectify my problem and do the needful service to make sure it should be working or I request you to kindly refund my money back.
