I purchase a Nokia Mobie 2730 IMEI No-355931045144950 on 20 oct 2011 vide bill no 6418 From Gourav Mobile B-44 Raisar Plaza,Indera Bazar,Jaipur (RAJ). But mobile is not working.Presently I serving in Siliguri Town in Border Security Force. Nokia care siliguri told me this mobile One Year Gaurranty Already Expire so They could not repair mobile so I am facing problem. please help me
Request Repair/Replace my mobile
I purchase a Nokia Mobile 500 IMEI 359744048891840 on 17-02-2012 now my mobile screen touch function is not working so i given to my mobile at Nokia Care Center Udaipur at the date of 03-july-2012 and they told me that it will be replace within 3 to 4 working days, now after that time i asked about my mobile than they told me that “sir it will take 25 days more….” its in warranty period. now get me suggetion about my problem… please help me.thanks
