non working of mobile phone

i recently purchased samsung mobile samsung champ deluxe from the first month it started creating problem. Till now i am facing again and again new problems in the set but no proper step has been taken by the company.Please do something i am suffering a lot .It is just three month old set and it have been to service centre more than seven times.
