We purchased Hitachi window AC for Rs 32000/- a month back considering that this is the best brand available. we chose the model with a four star power saving status as we were told that it would save electricity and cut down the electricity bill. But to our disappointment, this AC does not cool sufficiently even at 16 degree Celsius and stops cooling completely during midnight after remaining on for three to four hours. we have made several complaints but none of the times it was repaired or replaced by a working AC. Though we gave negative remarks in the customer feedback, they closed our request and never came back again. We feel cheated and wasted so much money. we belong to service class, both of us are working and have year old child who also suffers because of this third class AC. We want our money bavk.
