This is to bring to your notice that there had been an online recharge of Rs 300 in mobile no: 8961506032 on 22nd October 2012 from t24 own website www.t24mobile.com, following which even a message of successful recharge was received at the same number along with transaction id: 01182154102210201210, but this amount is not added up in balance till date. I’m having the receipt of SBI transaction page with reference number: IGD5733069 for this recharge along with this email. This matter has been brought to the notice of T24 customer care plenty of times in last few days but there has not been any satisfactory conclusion or explanation from there side for such an inconvenience. So,you are requested to kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.
