I Shiv Dutt Bhatt an Ex serviceman of Kumaon Regt presently residing in Haldwani (Uttarakhand ) sent my gun licence to Sanjeev Kumar Sharma armoury shop No 66 Jammu and paid an amount of Rs 10000/- through internet, transaction No IHI6365540 in A/C No 36683254848 for renewing, online, and all India purpose on 22 Sep 2018 but after passing 5 month he had not returned my licence yet and I have called him many time but he is not sending.
