Non supply of product as per discription

I purchased one leather belt from Amazon under order no 407-3263228-9509944 on date 11.5.2017 But now I found it is not leather belt . It’s upper portion is broken .It proves it is not leather.In this respect I made complaint to Amazon but no response.
