NON SHIFTING OF TELEPHONE

Location/place: flat No.20, 4th floor, A Block, Platinum City, Behind CMTI, yESHWANTPUR, BENGALURU 22

I was staying in Basaveshwaranagar, Bengaluru 560079 having telephone 080 23233897. I gave a letter for shifting of the telephone to my Platinum City (given above)on 23.5.2012 to Basaveshwaranagar telephone exchange. The telephone has not yet been shifted. Whenever I enquiry they give me some number which does not respond. My old address is still getting the monthly bill despite their confirmation that the work order has been issued and old phone disconnected. Now they are telling that i have to apply fresh for shifting since my new address comes under different exchange. There is no communication nor call from BSNL Bengaluru (both Basaveshwaranagar or Yeshwantpur). They are not even transferring my shifting application to Peenya exchange which they say is covering my new address.
