On 17-07-2012,i have swiped the Debit card of stste bank of India at one establishmentThane vasanth Vihar. The receipt has not come.But when i have seen my passbook entry it shows debit.Where as establishment confirmed that they have not received any money. I have approached state bank consumer forum but no outcome
