Regarding non payment for the above number
Due to frequent disruptions in broadband services during the months of jan & feb13 , I switched over to BSNL broadband services
I postponed the last overdue payments , requesting customer care for any wavering of the above amont . but there was no response
After receiving the letter ( legal notice from airtel ) , I contacted
Mr.PRABHU as suggested in the letter
He promised me to solve the problem & give some waiver on the amount
Since I was not able to use the broadband service only I was asking for any waiver from their side
I even mailed to Mr.Prabhu – dt 23-05-13.
I waited for nearly a month . In between also I reminded him
No response from their side
Now they have sent a letter from tamil nadu legal services asking me to appear on a specifed date
I am not refusing the pay the amount nor denying nor in any way want to cheat for that meager amount
Mr prabhu should have solved & helped me instead now he feeling sorry
A legal letter for a doctor – how much insult for me – that to for not paying such a small amount
He is the only to be blamed for not helping me – very poor customer care
VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER CARE FROM AIRTEL BRAODBAND SERVICES
