I had raised a complaint to the ACT Customer service to shift the junction box placed at the front face of my building , to other side of the same building. I made this request because of major building renovation work. I had paid the internet charges as soon as the bill is generated and I don’t want the people to cutt-off the connection and make a complaint. So i made a request stating its priority. I made the complaint on 30-05-2015 a saturday. “The reply was they will fix this issue in a maximum of 7 days”. I had to call them once in two days and request it again and again. Now today its 9-06-2015, 11 days passed away and I had not even received a call from them. This is an annoying behaviour and because of this I am having a stall in building work and mentally getting disturbed. No response from them denotes there is No Customer Service, No After sales service, But there is Business Service Only(i.e., New Connections). Once the connection is given they are not ready to turn their head back and see for any reason. Finally, they did not complete the task that was on priority for me on the maximum limit(7 Days). So, It is a false promise and a misguide to the customers and apparently cheating. I want necessary action to be taken against them.
