Dear Sir,
I have booked 2 nos Tickets one in April month from Guwahati to Kolkata and other one is in May 2012 Kolkata to Guwahati. but the both times train was delayed more than 10 Hrs due to emergency i was reached my destination via another option.
in Irctc.co.in site they have a option file TDR if train more than three hours late and passengers not traveled. i have completed this process one is 23-4-2012 and another one is 29-5-2012. but till now i dont recieved my amount. i was tried lot of time to get customer support but the Number given by Irctc for customer support always busy.
plz do the needful sir.
