Non Resolution of my Complaints

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo Photon

Dear Concern,

This has reference to my 4 complaints as listed below and their status as 0n 11/06/12 with Tata Docomo Photon connection that I have purchased on 23/04/2012

(1) SMS not received of Usage – Resolved on 07/05/12

(2) Excess usage time as per your records – Still not resolved till
date.First complaint was sent on 06/05/12 and despite several mails no action has been taken till date.

(3) Welcome Letter received by me on 13/05/12. However as per Mr Ramandeep Mehra’s mail received by me on 03/05/12. – Not resolved till date. Proof of receipt of Welcome Letter by me or anyone in my residence on 03/05/12 not given to me till date.

(4) Call from a Managerial level person as per mail of Mr Neelanshu dated 27/05/12 – No call received till date.

I have paid my previous bill Of Rs 487/= despite not using from 03/05/12 till 19/05/12 for resolution of complaint.They had mailed me that it would be done after generation of Bill.
As my complaints have not been resolved I am again not using from 29/05/12.

I am going through severe trauma as they have mailed me that I am giving false complaints but Tata Docomo Photon have not been able to contradict me on any of my mails with their evidence.

I would request you to kindly look into the matter and help me.

Suprised to read the contents of your mail. I have been mailing for the last 40 days and also receiving your calls still you are mailing me about my Tata Photon Number, Mail Id and alternate Contact Number.

Dear Concern,

There is total silence from your end which speaks volumes of your trying to mislead by giving statements as you have mentioned on June 13,2012 at 4-33 pm here.

Kindly resolve my complaints which I have mailed daily from 04/05/12 till date as I have already paid Rs 1687/= without hardly using Tata Docomo Photon.

Is this the professionalism from the house of Tata renowned for their work ethics and professionalism?
