Non Replacement of Mobile under warrenty

If the same can be repaired Free of Cost its Fine.I told you earlier that there is no question of liquid entering the mobile.From your mail it is clear that my complain is false.I will never use a SAMSUNG MOBILE in future and will share my experience with all persons.Will go to the highest level for justice.

Please note that my mobile was under warrenty period and I will not pay a single penny for its repair.If this be your conclution I will be going to the consumers forum for complain.You are proving that my complain is not genuine and samsung is agreeing to the false statement given by the service centre.

Instead of replacing my handset you are asking me to pay money for repair of the same.Thanks for the lovely Samsung experience.Will definetely circulate my experience I had using a Samsung handset.

I would like to inform you that I had purchased one mobile from The Mobile stores Salt lake City Centre on 15.4.2012 vide inv. no. WB/92642 ,vide S L NO.359147042606232.The mobile suddenly stopped working. It was given to your service centre SABSONIC,12,Loudon street,kolkata-17, for repairing as it is under WARRANTY PERIOD,VIDE Service request NO1433135817 dt.15/06/2012..They intimated me over telephone a that the set has water inside the mother board and it will not be under warrenty and repair will be chargable.Please note that when the set was deposited it was on ON MODE ,and and they had received the set with the complain of NO NET WORK. this is an absurd reason.There is no question of water in the mobile as it was handled with extreme care.

This is for your information & necessary action as the set is under warranty period.
Please arrange to replace the hand set immediately.
