Non replacement of faulty product under warranty period

Dear Sir,

I brought a new Morphy Richards mixer grinder (Model: Marvel Essential, 550W, Sr. No.:0110 17735) in Jan 2011 from their dealer in Goa. In Dec. 2012 it had some problem with motor. As it was in warranty period (2 yrs on product & 5 yrs. on motor ) i approached their service center in Goa who then informed me that the motor cannot be repaired. Also as new motor was not available, service center people told me that complete mixer set will be replaced from their side. After that I am chasing them for past 1.5 months but still not got any replacement nor they have shown any favorable response.
Therefore I request you to kindly look in to the matter and act on priority.
