Dear Sir, I had purchased Spice Mobile Smartphone Mi-535 online through E bay vide on 27-12-2013 with following details:- A) –Spice Invoice No 70405 dated 28-12-2013 , Amount to Rs 10,000/- B) Sales Rec No: 12769 (Order Id 612449) The Mobile Set started giving trouble from the 6th month and ultimately I approached to Spice Service Centre Nanak Telecom, Shop No 74 & 75 Gandhi Market, Ambala Cantt. (09215789168-Mobile Number) in the month of August 2014 and deposited the set with them with complaint Number No: 7100135E80167. After 2-3 days , the Centre (Nanak Telecom Ambala) told me that they have repaired the set and that I can collect the set from them (Nanak Telecom Ambala Cantt), but on receiving the set I found that problem of speaker (earphone) was still there and new problem of ringer speaker has also generated. I again approached the Spice Service Centre Nanak Telecom Ambala Cantt and then they told me that the Mobile Set is to be sent to spice mobile repair Centre and they gave me the new complaint number -07100135E80228 and Spice Company reference number 0400027516 on 26 August 2014. As on today 14/10/2014, the Mobile set is with company and they have not returned my Mobile Set after repair. I have requested number of times to Nanak Telecom Ambala Cantt and have repeatedly mailed to Spice Customer care on [email protected] , at least 16 times, but all is in vain. Even I had 6-7 times telephonically requested spice Service Centre on 1860-200-1003 for my grievance and tried to talk to spice higher officials through spice customer Care, but Spice call center was reluctant to allow me to talk to any higher ups in Spice Company and I was receiving the same answer from call Centre that that spare component is not available and hence the mobile set cannot be repaired yet and I have to wait for more 7-8 Days more. Every time on mailing or telephonically, only the same repeated words are being told to me. I request your Good Self to kindly look into my problem and Spice Company may please be directed to either replace my Mobile Handset or repair my set.
