i m using airtel sim from last 3 months initially it was giving gud n fair results but now they started cutting deducting non relevant excessive amout without any reasons like on 4th nov i did recharge of my mob by rs-97/= but even after getting msg of recharge done successfully dey are saying my a/c balance is ‘0’.i m unable to call .earlier also wen i recharge wid 200 rs dey deducted dat amount by charging too much.now i got fed up as they even reluctant to solve my problem on customer care too.AIRTEL is the WORST service.pls take a serious action against this company.
