Sir,
I had went to world guddu travels agency on 25/6/12 for making a tatkal e-ticket of Goa express from NZM to PUNE on 26/6/12. But he gave me a waiting list ticket which he assured over confidently that it will get confirmed by today i.e. on 26/06/12. Since today is my date of journey and ticket status is still waiting list so i asked him to cancel the ticket and refund to me the money I paid to him but he is not willing to give the extra Rs.300/- taken as service charge that I paid to him other then the actual amount Rs.547/-. This is totally against ethics. The actual amount also he is telling that he will refund to me when he will get back from IRCTC which is not certain. Sir, please take necessary action against the travel service so that people could not be mislead by these greedy travel agencies. The complete address of the travel agency is below:
