A bus was book by me in MJT agency at Rs.9000/-. For this I had paid Rs.5000/- in advance (receipt i have). Next day due to unavoidable circumstances I need to cancel the booking. Now, the agency is not refunding my advance amount fully/partially. Kindly do the needful to refund atleast 50% of advance amount..
