non refund of Rs 61,798 on account of hair transplant

A amount of Ra 61,798/- was deposited in the rich feel center at sector -7 dwarka new Delhi for a hair transplant of my wife Renu chowdhry. The bill no is 72 and the case no is DDK-120-5L dt. 14-09-2014. Further on medical examination by our doctor we refused the transplantation as she is suffering from diabetes and hyper tension and cannot under go the surgery. Since last two months we are literally begging for our refund of the said amount but the company has failed to do . Kindly help us for the refund as we have failed inspite of unlimited phone calls an mails
