non-refund of unnecessary balance reduction

Location/place: Dumdum, Kolkata

Name of company/service: aircel

out of nowhere, the company subscribed me to joke pack and as a result deducted an amount of 30 from my account for 2 consecutive days. that is a total of 60 rs. after calling the customer care service centre, they assured me to refund the amount within 24 hours. after 24 hours they didn’t and when i tried calling them again, the network was congested throughout the day. when i called the following day, they just said since the 48 hours have passed after the subscription they can’t refund the amount. incase i dont get back my refund, i’ll be bound to deactivate the SIM.
