non refund of ticket in tatkal

Location/place: rohini, delhi

i had booked two Railway tickets from Delhi to Nagpur scheduled for 18July’2012 on 17July’2012. i cancelled the ticket the same day due to some reason . there was no kind of refund on the ticket as during the general ticket only 25% is deduced and the rest is refunded. this is a clear malpractices by the Indian railways thugging people since a long time. these malpractices must be immediately stopped.
