NON REFUND OF SELF ACTIVATED SERVICES

DEAR SIR,
I HAVE TAKEN A AIRCEL PREPAID CONNECTION THINKING THAT IT WILL GIVE ME A BETTER SERVICE THAN OTHER NETWORK.MY MOBILE NO-9614225295.I HAVE TAKEN THE CONNECTION AT BAGDOGRA, DARJEELING,WB ON 24 JUN 2012. AFTER TAKING CONNECTION I HAVE RECEIVED A LOT OF PHONE CALLS TO ACTIVE SOME SERVICES. BUT FROM MY SIDE I HAVE NOT AGREED TO ACTVATE ANY SERVICE. ON 25 JUN 12 RS 113/- HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY MAIN BALANCE WITHOUT ANY REASON.NEITHER I HAVE ACTIVATED ANY SERVICE NOR I HAVE RECEIVED ANY MESSAGE FOR DEDUCTION.IMMEDIATELY I HAVE CONTACTED CUSTOMER CARE AND TOLD ABOUT THE DEDUCTION, THE PERSON ATTENDED THE CALL TOLD THAT NOW THE DEDUCTIONS ARE NOT SHOWING IN THE COMPUTER, CALL AFTER 8 HRS. ON THE VERY NEXT DAY AGAIN I HAVE CONTACTED YOUR CUSTOMER CARE SEVERAL TIMES, BUT DID NOT GOT ANY SUITABLE REPLY FROM YOUR SIDE.FINALLY MISS KAKOLI AROUND 1900H ON 28 JUN 12 ATTENDED MY CALL AND TOLD THAT BY 30 JUN 12 YOUR MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED AND THE COMPLAINT REFERENCE NO IS 1-8761325857 DATED 28 JUN 12 .ON 01 JUL 12 WHEN I CONTACTED YOUR CUSTOMER CARE THE PERSON ATTENDED MY CALL (MR BIDYUT ROY) TOLD ME THAT YOU HAVE ACTIVATED AL L SERVICES SO NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED.FINALLY HELPLESSLY I TOLD HIM TO FORWARD THE CALL TO THE SENIOR MANAGER WHO CAN SOLVE MY PROBLEM. FINALLY MR RANA ATTENED MY CALL AND TOLD ME THAT NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED. HERE IS AQUESTION IN MY MIND THAT ONCE I HAVE NOT ACTIVATED ANY SERVICE HOW THE SERVICES ARE BEING ACTIVATED? THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES KNOW THE ONLY REPLY THAT YOU HAVE ACTIVATED THE SERVICES, SO NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED.HOW CAN YOU SATISFY A CUSTOMER THAT CUSTOMER IS AT FAULT.THE PERSONS ATTENING THE CALLS ARE NOT POLITE AND NOT PROPERLY BEHAVING WITH THE CUSTOMERS.

WITH THE ABOVE PROCESS I HAVE BEEN HARRASED A LOT , SPEND A LOT OF TIME TO TALK TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE. I THOUGHT AIRCEL IS THE BEST SERVICE PROVIDER .BUT AFTER TAKING THE CONNECTION WITHIN 5 DAYS MY ASSUMPTION HAS BEEN PROVED WRONG. ON 06 JULY I RECEIVED A REPLY FROM AIRCEL THAT THE SERVICES HAE BEEN ACTIVATED WITH YOUR CONCERN.SO MONEY CAN NOT BE REFUNDED.
HOPE YOU WILL SOLVE MY PROBLEM WITH RETURNIG OF RS 113/- TO MY ACCOUNT SO THAT I CAN CONTINUE YOUR SERVICE FOR A LONG.
