Ma’am/sir,
I booked Tatqal ticket on www.IRCTC.co.in from Ghaziabad to Kanpur(Train no.- 13112 ,PNR no.-2336953432 , journey on 13-07-2012 ) and for return journey from Kanpur to New Delhi(Train no.-12451 PNR no.-2665903009 , journey on 14-07-2012). I booked the ticket for the journey from Ghaziabad to Kanpur on 12-07-2012 and on the next day while printing e-ticket I see that the train has been cancelled. I called IRCTC customer care(139)(Ms. Sushma) for the refund of the return journey ticket ,she refused to refund saying that this not in our rules. I requested Ms. Sushma to either make an alternate arrangement to go to Kanpur or refund the return journey ticket but she refused. So now I am left with 1 AC Tatqal ticket price deduced from my pocket in vain and also no option to go to Kanpur.
It is my humble request to you to look into the matter and bring to book those who are responsible for this chaos.
