Non Refund of payment amount

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: Belonia&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: IAF</p>sir,
a payment was made by me on 22 apr 13 to book a flight through www.spicejet.com. Payment was successfully transected but iternity not made by spicejet. Than i request spicejet to take action and refund my amount. Spicejet book a case no 247094 and promiss that refund made within 7 working days. But till date it is not complited. Plz do the needfull or advice me for furthep step.
