Non refund of money invested bond no. 56200 6647180

I took a bond from the company with above certificate number on 5.09.2012 with a maturity period of six years but when I went to get my money I was informed that the maturity amount can not be given as there is case with SEBI and it will take further time which is unlimited.
Please help as I am 80 year old person and need the money
