NON REFUND OF MONEY

This is to inform you that i booked a e ticket from LTT to ALLD (journey date 6 feb 2013 ) on 7/12/12 and cancelled it on 14/01/13.I paid the amount 2394 through bank of baroda debit card but til date my account has not been credited back with cancellation amount RS 2250.I therefore request you to refund my cancellation amount at the earliest thanking you..
