I ordered for two audio speakers from Grabmore.com online trading company on 13/07/2016 by paying an amount of Rs.20098(twenty thousand and ninety eight)as prepaid amount. The time frame for getting the product was 4 weeks . After 4 weeks time i called them and asked for the product every week , but they gave me false information and I cancelled the order on 15/09/2016.(after 8weeks time). They told the amount will be refunded in 1 week time. But now its 4 weeks time, they have not refunded the amount. They have literally cheated me by keeping my money in their hand till date and blocking my chance to order in another website.What can i do to get my money refunded.?
