Sir, I looked for a car (taxi) insurance with Policybazaar.com and instead of giving me a policy for taxi they have given for private car. When I enquired with them, they said they will cover only for private cars. So I requested for refund of my premium paid. They asked me to submit an alternate policy for the same vehicle to enable them to refund the amount. I also submitted the same to them on October 3rd 2017. Till date they are not refunding me the amount. They are saying that they are following up with insurance company and asking apologies.
Please get my money back. I am afraid that policybazaar is cheating general public with so much of advertisement in all media’s.
