Non refund of membership payment

Payment Receipt NO 152787) , but decided not to go ahead with the same due to very adverse feedback from the members regarding booking holidays.
We have immediately contacted their representative Mr Madhav Nirmal for the refund and also mailed to club Mahindra for the returns on 9.11.2013 ( Interaction ID 6043075 ).
We also tried to send mail to Ms Zahida Khan but the mail in box was full.
In Membership form it is clearly written that we can claim back full return within 10-days of payment . Please note that we have asked refund within 10-days of our payment .
We also tried to contact their call center lines but we could not get through even after several calls.
We have made several calls to Mr Madhav for the refund but till today they have not refunded our money . One day they ask us on telephone to submit back the receipt ( the only proof I have ) to their office to get back the money.
After lot of deliberation we have submitted the receipt to their Andheri Office and they have assured us payment with in months’ time.
Today when we called Mr Madhav Nirmal for the status ,They have simply refused the payment and disconnected the phone.
Request you to do the needful and also through your chanal please alert the people and existing club members about this bogus Company.
We also want to narrate one more incident about this company as follows –
We were planning our holidays in Gangtok and as a curiosity to check the booking at Club Mahindra through one of the RED members account but could not get the booking as a member . BUT same resort in Gangtok was available for booking from our corporate booking agent. We have availed the booking and stayed at Gangtok Resort ( 3-star and not 5-star as claimed by the MHR ) for three Nights in April 2014.
This company has total 1.75 lacs member and only 42 resorts , They have acquired one more company abroad adding there 25,000 members and handful of resorts abroad, which is of no use to indian customers but the foreigners will encouraged to visit the resorts with priority bookings.
This company has decided to invest in abroad instead of increasing no of resorts in INDIA indicates they do not have any plans to improved their services and thus fooling the club members.

We would also like to inform you that we did not availed any free or complementary holiday facility against this payment from Mahindra Holidays and Resorts.

    Not only Mahindra the Country Club is also like that only. I joined with them and they do not have any resort to provide me duribg my office holidays. They have the rooms only in off season If you feel we can take any legal step against their false statements and commitments to their members please contact me on my email id which is [email protected] as I have recorded few of their conversation.

    I feel this club Mahindra is Bogus company and my next step i to approach SEBI and RBI for illegally collecting deposits from the Public with tall assurances . They are fooling 1.75lacs club members.
    Till today they have not refunded our money
