I had booked Delhi-Kathmandu Spicejet flight for 26.04.2015 on 15:50 hrs, online through MakeMyTrip.com with booking Id- IN1503B9S035388.
Due to earthquake that hit Nepal, I cancelled the flight on 25.04.2015.
Full refund was announced by Jet Airways and makemyTrip.com for the flight due to Earthquake.
However, till date I’ve not received any refund which is now more than 1 and 1/2 months overdue.
No. of time contact made with Makemytrip-10. Escalation raised- 5 times.
Every time the reponse which I got is your refund is on priority and it will be processed in 72 hours. Same comment I’ve got for 8 times.
Hence, out of distress I’m submitting my complaint.
