NON REFUND-EXCHANGE OF HOLIDAY PACKAGE

I had booked malaysian wonders package for my family and was due to travel on 11th april 2014.Full payment had been made.Due to medical emergency at home, I had to cancel my trip. I requested for a refund or postponement of the trip but the request was not entertained by your sales person in Malleshwaram branch,bangalore. After repeated follow-ups,I am being offered another package against payment.This is not acceptable to me as i not only lose the entire amount for the original holiday but i have to pay for the other package as well. This is very unprofessional of a leading travel brand like yours and i am very disappointed by your teams reaction and support in this. Request your help in closing this matter and either offering me refund or an alternate package.
