While I was coming from Nairobi to Bhubaneswar via Mumbai on 6th Sep 2014, the Kenya Airlines flight got delayed and my friend who earlier purchased the connecting flight (Booking ID # NF2201236203703, Air India Flight # AI 669) has to cancel the same. He had purchased the ticket through “Make My Trip”. He mentioned the reason of cancellation as “Flight got delayed” and also attached one letter from Kenyan Airways signifying the delay. However, till date he has not got his money back and my friend has been harassed innumerable times by asking him to visit the Air India office, calling to the customer care etc.
Lastly it was brought to our notice that Air India is ready to refund the ticket amount, however it is the service provider “Make My trip” who is not releasing the refund.
