Non refund of amount after non delivery of the product

Hon’ble sir,
I shopped an ethnic dress online from “salore” ,an online/ facebook based store in Delhi. They asked me to make the payment to confirm the order. It was suppose to reach by 2nd week of November 2015 (diwali). But it didn’t. And its been 7 months now since I placed the order. I asked them to cancel and refund the order but they failed again. They have been making false promises every time I ask fr my money. I am facing this mental harassment since quite a long now ,thus I want my original amount with atleast a reasonable interest on it . And that too at the earliest as I ll be leaving India after around 20 days!
I request the court to consider my request and process it as soon as possible and punish this store so that they don’t ever cheat other people.
