Non-refund of amount by MYNTRA

there were 2 self shipped returns placed by me on 19th nov. nd 28th nov. on “MYNTRA”. Both the returns were shipped together by me within the return time period. The products were however shipped back to us as on 10th dec. So after consulting the customer care i shipped the products again on 22nd dec to different address that was provided to me by the customer care. The products were returned again, on contacting the customer care it turned out that the address was wrong again. So i made a third attempt to ship the products on 3rd jan’2k15 by trackon couriers pvt. limited with shipment no. 415488483. This time the products were delivered 6th to 8th jan’2k15 and the status on the site also changed from “queued” to “in transition”. I’ve contacted the customer care so many times after this but no positive feedback was provided to me by them and the refund amount+ shipping charges are not refunded till that. It’s clear violation of rules and policies laid down by MYNTRA. Please help me out of this situation. Order numbers of the products are: 22866090, 23249845
