Non refund of Advance amount.

I ordered a online mobile from letsbuymobile.com vide order no- LBM6043 on 23-11-2013. After one week the order was cancelled by letsbuymobile.com but the advance amount Rs. 999 i paid in advance at the time of giving order did not refunded to me till date. A contacted the company several time but amount is still pending.
