Non Refund of Admission fees

I have paid Rs.12500 as admission fees towards booking a seat in Jr. Kg for my daughter in one of the new school in wagholi, they asked us to sign an declaration mentioning fess will not be refunded under any circumstances, which we signed. Now we don’t want our daughter to be in that school and the school is refusing to refund the entire amount. I want to recover that amount from that school. Please help as 12500 is not a small amount and the school has not provided services even for a single day.
