i have placed order on 21.06.2012, but as the product was not matching my requirement i cancelled the same, n it has been told to me that i will get the refund in 7-8 working days, but i have not received the same then again i called again the same thing toild toi me it happened for 4 times, last time they said u will get your refund any how within 21 days or you can take legal action but today is 21st day still i have not received my paymnent. i want some actions to be taken on this online shopping portal who make fools to the customer.
