Non refund

Hi,
I booked two flats in antriksh urban Greek on my name and my wife’s name through marketing firm square yards. It was clearly written in the broucher that if company is not able to fulfill norms by govt than it will return all amount with interest. After booking there was a notification by DDA on 8th of August 2015 that all these deals are illegal in that area. I Went to marketing firm for refund for which they assured that it will be done. Now even after repeated calls and reminders they are not responding and even telling me the current status.
