MY HUSBAND MR SANJAY VERMA PURCHASED HTC DIAMOND CDMA PHONE FROM NAAPTOL WEBSITE IN DECEMBER 2011 VIDE ORDER NO 2940096. DUE TO SOME PROBLEM THE PHONE COULDN’T BE ACTIVATED FROM RELIANCE WEBWORLD.

COMPLAINT REGARDING SAME WAS REPORTED TO [email protected] ON 06/01/2012 WITH COMPLAINT NO 2247647 & WITH ACKNOWLEDEMENT TO RESOLVE PROBLEM TO BE RESOLVED IN NEXT THREE DAYS.TILL 16/01/2012(AFTER EVEN 10 DAYS) THERE WAS NO RESPONSE & MAIL WAS SENT TO SUPPORT@NAAPTOL WITH COMPLAINT NOT RESOLVED & APPRISING TO RETURN THE HAND SET.IN REPLY AGAIN MAIL BY MR JIGNESH GANGAPURAM OF NAAPTOL ASKING MR SANDEEP/VANITA TO RESOLVE PROBLEM ON PRIORITY.

AS TILL 18/01/2012 WITH NO RESPONSE & PROBLEM WAS YET NOT SOLVED,MY HUSBAND ASKED MR JIGNESH TO PROVIDE SOLUTION IN NEXT 24HOURS OR ELSE HE WOULD BE RETURNING HAND SET.

AS NO REPLY RECEIVED,SO ON 20’TH JANUARY’12 PHONE WAS SENT BACK TO INFINITY GLOBAL THROUGH BLUEDART VIDE DOCKET NO. 50163104375 AND WAS RECIEVED BY MS. SHRADHA ON 24TH JANUARY’12.

COMPANY (NAAPTOL)HAS BEEN UPDATED FOR RETURN OF HAND SET & ITS RECEIPT AT INFINITY GLOBAL VIDE MAIL DATED 05/03/2012.

SINCE THEN THERE HAS BEEN NO RESPONSE FROM NAAPTOL DESPITE SEVERAL VERBAL CUMMUNICATIONS WITH NAAPTOL EXECUTIVES OVER PHONE NO 09223516148 & SEVERAL MAIL DATED 5’TH MARCH’12,25’TH APRIL’12,13’TH JULY’12 & 17’TH JULY’12.

DESPITE SEVERAL REMINDERS & CUMMUNICATIONS,NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED AT OUR END.
FURTHER,ALSO BE INFORMED THAT MY HUSBAND EXPIRED ON 09/05/2012 & I’D BE CUMMUNICATING ON HIS BEHALF.

YOU ARE ONCE AGAIN REQUESTED TO LOOK INTO SAME & PERSUE MY CASE TO GET MY AMOUNT REFUNDED AT THE EARLIEST.
