My father late Satrughan Prasad had invested in Sahara Unique Scheme
on 28.01.2008, 31.01.2008, 07.02.2008 and 27.03.2008 for Rs10,000 each
totalling Rs40,000 only, but my father has expired on 15.02.2010. I,
Moti Baranwal being the nominee of the above scheme submitted the
above certificates along with other certificates(total 9 certificates
in an single application) for transfer of the name Vide my application
dated 17.04.2012 which was also acknowledged by the manager,Sahara
India,Jhajha branch on 11.07.2012 but I am very sorry to intimate you
that the manager,Sahara India,Jhajha branch has returned my 5
certificates of other schemes but he is not returning me the above 4
certificates of Sahara Unique Scheme as detailed below.
