Date : 4.6.18
Respected Sir,
Sub : Non receipt/payment of MIS interests for the months of
“ January to June – 2018 ” i.e for the last six months from
the Sahara India, Liluah Franchisee Office. ( 7,363 X 6 = Rs. 44,178/- ).
I had sent several emails as on under-mentioned dates i.e 9.4.18, 19.4.18, 7.5.18, 13.5.18, 20.5.18, 22.5.18, 26.5.18 & 31.5.18 ( i.e total eight emails ) to Sahara India Head Office, regarding my previous dues of MIS interests for the past five months, totaling upto Rs. 7,363 X 5 = Rs. 36,815/-. Since, now, the June month has also started & my MIS interest payment due date is 1st of every month, therefore/so, at present, my total MIS interest payment due from “ Sahara Credit Co-operative Society Limited ” is Rs. 7,363 X 6 = Rs. 44,178/- .
But, it is utmost unfortunate & extremely sorry & very disgusting thing/factor to say that, inspite of sending so many emails to Sahara Head Office, ( total eight emails ) with regard to non-payment of my previous due MIS interest ; no actions (not even the least amount of actions ), at all, had been taken yet by the concerned authorities, which is utmost shameful, utter-most deplorable & the most disgraceful/disgusting factor from a company like Sahara, which cannot be explained in terms of words.
Every month, my MIS interest payment due date is first of every month and my monthly MIS interest is Rs. 7,363.00 per month.
During investment ( making ) time or while making investments, these Sahara Officials & agents from Parabanking divisions, roam around every-where, near the investor ( all the time ), saying that, there would not be any problem at all, while making payment of MIS interests & so, finally/ultimately, ( in practical sense or practically ), when the customer demand timely payment of their MIS interest, they absolutely, keep mum & totally quiet, which is utmost shameful, utter-most deplorable & the most disgraceful/disgusting factor .
The most important thing, that, I want to say is that, during certain times, there are fund shortages ( but not all the time ), therefore/so, my husband Mr. Krishna Kumar Chaturvedi had emailed Shri O.P.Srivastava Ji ( Dy. Managing Worker ), nearly ten times during the past two month, regarding non-payment of my previous due MIS interests but here also, very unfortunately, I am extremely sorry to say that, no actions, at all, had been taken yet, till this date, by the concerned Office of Shri O.P.Srivastava Ji ( regarding non-payment of my previous due MIS interests ), which is utmost shameful, utter-most deplorable/disgusting & the most disgraceful factor.
Secondly, I had invested Rs. 7,131/- in Sahara Q Gold Mart Scheme from Shivpur Sector Office, Kolkata & it’s maturity date was 30.6.2017. The Booking Id number of my account is “ 15854700197 ”. I had submitted it’s maturity application form, very timely, much before it’s due date to Shivpur Sector Office ( i.e in the middle of May-2017 ) but, I am extremely sorry to say that, it’s advice was generated & came from H.O to Shivpur Sector Office & automatically lapsed after it’s stipulation period i.e of 45 days ( as per rule ), without making me any payment, at all, for such. It’s advice value was only Rs. 11,300/- . But, it is utter-most shameful & utter-most disgusting & most deplorable factor that, the concerned authorities could not even make me the payment, of such a small amount, such as of Rs. 11,300/- from the past one year. Since, the maturity date of my Sahara Q Gold Mart Scheme is 30.6.2017.
At present, my total MIS interest payment due from “ Sahara Credit Co-operative Society Limited ” is Rs. 7,363 X 6 = Rs. 44,178/- i.e from “ January to June – 2018 ” .
ASHA CHATURVEDI. ( INVESTOR ) .
