Non Receipt of Refund on cancelled tickets

Location/place: HYDERABAD

Name of company/service: UCO Bank, Malkajgiri Branch, Hyderabad

Dear Sir,

I had booked a return ticket from New Delhi to Hyderabad on 13.08.2013-agst PNR no 2612114910

The ticket was cancelled, but I have not received the refund of the amount till date.
We had registered a written complaint with IRCTC – vide their reply 0733551455
dated 20.08.2013
On enquiry with the helpline of IRCTC, I was informed, that the amount was already refunded on 11.08.2013, vide IRCTC recpt no 322355538765 dated 11.08.2013 for Rs 1460.00
However, on enquiry with UCO, Bank, Malkajgiri Branch, with whom i hold a Salary Account,they informed us that no intimation was received from them & hence not credited to my account

I reqeust you to take up the matter, and assist in getting back the amount
