We have ordered Big Mop on 30th May, 2012 through the TVC Skyshop site (https://tvcskyshop.com/). The transaction was processed as the amount was immediately deducted from our bank account(Rs. 1740/-) but due to some website issues the receipt was not printed. However after some follow with them, we received the confirmation that our transaction is processed with the order # OW00045113
Till date we are regurlarly following up with them through mails/calls but have not received the product yet. We are wasting lot of money on calls as the customer care respresentatives route the calls keeping it on hold. We even asked for their senior persons contact details wherein we can lodge the complaint but havent received anything from them
We are fed up and now we want our money back with compensation for the cost of calls and mental torture.
We want to get this resolved at the earliest please
Note – We can send all the evidence on the above matter which we have already sent to them, which includes our bank statement showing the deductation as well
