Ticket was purchase from: Desh Bidesh Travels, Bokaro agent of The Smart Shop
It is to inform you that, after going to the Airport, it was noticed that the flight has been cancelled. So, the full amount has to be refunded.
But after lapse of 60 days, I have not received the payment from my travel agent ( Desh Bidesh Travels agent of The Smart Shop). It seems that they have not initiated any action for refund of the amount. It is highly surprising that they are keeping my money for 60 days and earning interest on that, which is highly unethical.
After repeated request they have not refunded the amount ( Rs 2942 ). Please help.
