Non Receipt of Parcel after 24days of order.

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: Silchar, Assam&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: tradus.com/firstflight courier.</p>I am Sandip Das from Silchar, Assam. I had placed an order on 08/04/13 at www.tradus.com. Order ID is 8399698. But still today I have not received my article. The parcel was dispatched through firstflight courier by seller ‘pearl technology’ on 15/04/13 (lately dispatched). I hv reported abt the non receipt of my article several times to tradus.com as well as seller. But no action was taken. Any way suddenly On 29th of April first flight courier ringed me and told me to take my article from their silchar office. Which is 25km far from my address provided. I hv given full shipping charge during my order then why should I go 25 km to take my material ? That is why I denied their proposal. But on 30th of April a mail has arrived to my inbox from tradus.com by stating that the shipment has been deliverd to your address. I was just wondered as I have not received the article & also nobody on behalf of me received it.
