I am from Waidhan,Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh.
Recently i ordered a product from Shoppers’ Stop e-store services, to be delivered within a week. I even checked my Pincode in their site and confirmed that my town is in their service zone area. after online payment of my product, it’s been 20 days, i have not received my homedelivery. Atlast i had to go myself to them, and pick up my order.
when i contacted Ahoppers’ Stop’s Customer care, as well as their courier partner, ARAMEX, in their toll free number, they just assure me in words that my delivery will be done, but neither of them took any action.
lastly after a lot of harrassment i came to know that, my courier did reach my town through some other courier service i.e, Bluestar, but they are denying me to deliver my order at home. hence i had to travel some 10 kms to go and get my order. the bluestar courier service in my town Waidhan, even keep their contact numbers switched off, adding to my greivences.
i want to lodge a complaint against SHOPPERS’ STOP E-STORE SERVICE, ARAMEX COURIER AS WELL AS BLUESTAR Corier, for their irresponsibility and hence causing inconvineince to customers.
keeping in view today’s internet shopping hike, this type of 3rd grade service is most unwanted and some action must be immediately taken against them.
