non receipt of newspaper subscription coupons

HT though being India’s 2nd largest selling newspaper, i have had the worst experience with HT. Even after more than 4 months of paying for the subscription coupons i have not received the coupons and my newspaper vendor have stopped delivering newspapers. After lots of correspondence and tons of assurance of resolving the issue, i am today chatting on internet rather than reading newspaper on a sunday morning.
This is my worst sunday morning in recent years – Thanks to HT
