Non Receipt of Newspaper after subscribing for the full year

Location/place: Chennai

Name of company/service: Times of India

I had subscribed for Times of India (daily newspaper) last year in August.
This year I has a change in address in May and had intimated them accordingly, sending a mail. Times of India([email protected]) replied confirming that newspaper will be delivered to the new address from June 16, 2013.
But despite repeated followups, I am still not receiving the newspaper.
