I had booked a Nokia C2-00 mobile phone on 21.06.2012 through nokia.indiatimes.com portal vide order no 8000033988. The Order Confirmation Mail showed the expected date of delivery to be 28.06.2012.
But even after a lapse of one month, and repeated chasing by phone and email since 01.07.2012, the booked product has not been delivered to me.
Pl help me in getting the booked product without any further delay.
